ASK-EHS has pre-defined assessment and training packages for
all the prospective job seekers.
All the Fresher wanting to make it big in EHS discipline and
registered with us are first required to undergo an ASK-EHS designed EHS
training and assessment program. The training programs consist of “Class Room
Sessions” and “On- Site Practical Training Sessions”.
Class Room Sessions: Various modules are developed
depending on the skills held by the candidates right from EHS Management systems
and procedures to field hazard identification systems. Modules are developed,
delivered and assessed by the Training consulates from within the ASK-EHS core
team. On completion of Class room sessions all candidates are required to
undergo assessment process based on the modules. Satisfactory result in the
assessment is a pre-qualification for “On-Site Practical Training Session”.
On-Site Practical Training Sessions: Successful
candidates from Class Room Sessions are then placed on various construction
projects, working as trainees for different contractors with ASK-EHS department
for a period varying from 15 days to 2 months, depending on the previous skills
and qualifications of the candidates. During this tenure the performance of
candidates are closely monitored by the ASK-EHS manpower re-sourcing department.
