Configure Checklist

  • Configure checklists specific to various target audience categorization or specific to organizational BBS program

  • Provision to fine tune the individual check points such as whether uploading of evidence / photograph is necessary, compulsory adding of remarks and more.

  • Facilitates checklist modification to keep it up-to-date with the business norms

Carry out BBS Observations – Mobile ready

  • Carry out observation either from the Mobile app or Web App

  • System validation to ensure that all the checklist points have been addressed

  • For each checklist point, indicate the observation result as ‘Safe,’ ‘At-Risk,’ or ‘Not Applicable’

  • Provision to optionally upload pictures

  • Provide remarks for immediate corrective actions taken – eg. Coaching or counselling

Monitor change in behavior

  • Build an employee behavior profile from multiple observations
  • Assist supervisors or observers in reviewing past observations along with coaching/counseling remarks for further motivation of employees

Analyse Trends

  • Analyze the increase or decrease in the percentage of safe behaviors observed over time
  • Evaluate BBS observations based on different work locations or departments
  • Analyze BBS data based on job roles or specific tasks
  • Analyze trends in employee engagement with safety practices
